Self-Sabotage - A New Take on It

Self-Sabotage - What is It?

You know how it goes, right? You vow to lose 10 pounds so you'll be thin and trim for some event or other. You maybe go down 4 pounds, and then you give up, only to gain it, and maybe even more weight, right back again.

Same with plans for cleaning out your book shelves or kitchen cabinets or making $ xx amount of money in the next month or so.

You start in, get discouraged, revert back to your old ways.

What is Going On?

Corning train wreckElma Mayer, of NOW Healing, says, we often react unconsciously - it is lightning fast - in less than an instant - to some hidden trigger or other that, like a bowling ball, sets into motion a cascade of unwanted chain reactions.

This train wreck bundles up in its midst the limiting thoughts, despair, self-blame, pain, and "Oh, Crap, Oh, Crap" responses that we are way too familiar with.

The habitual programs run in the background and unconsciously act as anchors to hold our problems in place and sabotage our best efforts.

Now here's the good news!

Not only Elma's techniques, but SimplyHealed, and the writings of Genevieve Davis and Melody Fletcher all offer ways to clear these patterns.

I can say this definitively: I am seriously excited about their effectiveness.

I'd love to work with you to show you how amazing they can be.

They can work to clear physical pain, emotional pain, and all kinds of limiting core beliefs that cluster together to keep us stuck.
