Who doesn't want to claim health, balance, and a generally aligned self? When asked, would anyone say, "No, I don't think so, thanks!'
I've just recently enjoyed reading a classic, introductory book that can help you attain a greater sense of balanced, calm focus. It's called Energy Medicine and it's written by a long-time energy healer named Donna Eden. It's a great introduction into the world of subtle energies and the way our body radiates and responds to such energies. I highly recommend it.
Even more practical and down-to-earth is Donna Eden's Energy Medicine Kit. It covers much of the same ground as her book but has some great practical tools for putting her simple techniques into practice. Most valuable of all is the DVD which walks you through each exercise and explains it clearly. I found it super helpful and loved her light-hearted, non-ego-invested presentation to just plain ordinary folks. It's easy to do and not the least bit threatening. So if you've been feeling out of whack lately and not up to your old self, you could try this out and see what you think. Let me know! I'd be really interested.
